We have a very active Ladies Ministry at Owasso First Assembly. In addition to fun trips and activities, we also offer Bible Studies throughout the year. Below you will find a list of upcoming ladies events.

W.O.W. Fitness – Women’s Overall Wellness

Exercise classes are…

• Monday – 5:45am Zumba | 6pm Praise Core | 7pm Core Silver
• Tuesday – 6pm Zumba
• Wednesday – 6pm Toning
• Thursday – 6pm Zumba
• Friday – 5:45am Toning | 9am Praise Core
• Saturday – 9am Zumba [1st, 3rd & 4th Saturday's only] | 10am Praise Core

All classes will be located in the Gym as the church calendar allows. Childcare is available for $5 per child/per session. These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels so there is a place for you. For more information email wowfitness@owassofirst.com.

Ladies Bible Studies

This study entitled Faithful, Abundant, True by authors Kay Arthur, Beth Moore, and Priscilla Shirer is on Fridays from 9-10:45am & Wednesdays from 6:45-8:30pm located in the Merge Room.
